*Cancellation Policy: Cancellation policies differ from the different vehicles and services. The cancellation details are listed below. YOU MUST CONTACT US BY PHONE OR VIA EMAIL
Airport Transportation Cancelation Policy:
SEDAN: For all SEDAN reservations, cancellation must be done 12 HOURS prior to the reservation time to incur no penalties.
SUV: For all SUV reservations, cancellation must be done 12 HOURS prior to the reservation time to incur no penalties.
VAN: For all VAN reservations, cancellation must be done 7 DAYS prior to the reservation date to incur no penalties.
MOTORCOACH: For the MOTORCOACH reservations, cancellation must be done 2 WEEKS prior to the reservation date to incur no penalties.
If the airline cancels your flight within 24 hours of travel, you can use your credit with us toward a future trip, provided we can accommodate your request. If we can not accommodate your new reservation date/time, we will issue a full refund.
Local Car Service Cancelation Policy:
SEDAN: For all SEDAN reservations, cancellation must be done 4 HOURS prior to the reservation time to incur no penalties.
SUV: For all SUV reservations, cancellation must be done 4 HOURS prior to the reservation time to incur no penalties.
VAN: For all VAN reservations, cancellation must be done 7 DAYS prior to the reservation date to incur no penalties.
MOTORCOACH: For the MOTORCOACH reservations, cancellation must be done 2 WEEKS prior to the reservation date to incur no penalties.
Long Distance Transportation Cancelation Policy:
SEDAN For all SEDAN reservations, cancellation must be done 24 HOURS prior to the reservation time to incur no penalties.
SUV: For all SUV reservations, cancellation must be done 48 HOURS prior to the reservation time to incur no penalties.
VAN: For all VAN reservations, cancellation must be done 7 DAYS prior to the reservation date to incur no penalties.
MOTORCOACH: For the MOTORCOACH reservations, cancellation must be done 2 WEEKS prior to the reservation date to incur no penalties.
Hourly Charter Cancelation Policy:
SEDAN: For all SEDAN reservations, cancellation must be done 48 HOURS prior to the reservation time to incur no penalties.
SUV: For all SUV reservations, cancellation must be done 48 HOURS prior to the reservation time to incur no penalties
VAN: For all VAN reservations, cancellation must be done 7 DAYS prior to the reservation date to incur no penalties
MOTORCOACH: For the MOTORCOACH reservations, cancellation must be done 2 WEEKS prior to the reservation date to incur no penalties.
– ALL reservations are subject to our full cancellation policy. Our cancellation policies are strictly enforced and failure to follow these policies will incur a “Cancellation Fee” equal to the total trip cost.
*Deposits: Any type of reservation equaling $500 or more will be subject to a 50% non-refundable deposit, which is to be charged the day the reservation is made. If a deposited reservation is canceled within the guidelines stated above, the remaining 50% is not to be charged. If a deposited reservation IS NOT canceled within the guidelines stated above, the full amount of the reservation will be charged on the day of cancellation.
*Reservation Changes Policy: You can make changes to any placed reservation up to 3 HOURS prior to pick-up time. You must contact us by phone & email to do so!
*Waiting Time/Extra Stop Policy: Waiting time for airport pick-up is complimentary for the first 30 minutes if traveling domestic, or 45 minutes if traveling internationally. After the allotted complimentary waiting time, the following fees apply:
-For all SEDAN reservations, $20 will be charged every 15 minutes.
-For all SUV reservations, $30 will be charged every 15 minutes.
-For all Van reservations, $45 will be charged every 15 minutes
-For each extra stop in-route (less than 3 miles within route) a fee of the following will apply:
-For all SEDAN reservations, $35 will be charged every 30 minutes.
-For all SUV reservations, $45 will be charged every 30 minutes.
-For all Van reservations, $65 will be charged every 30 minutes
Extra stops over 3 miles from route will be subject to review and priced determined case by case.
For other pick up locations if the driver is required to wait more than 10 minutes after the scheduled pickup time, you will be charged full hour
*No Show Policy: The full fare will be charged if the passenger fails to be at the designated pickup location. To avoid being billed as a “no-show”, please do not leave your location without contacting us:

*Holiday Fees: Reservations are subject to an additional “holiday fee” if they are made on the listed holidays below:
-Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Years Eve, or New Years Day.
– For any reservation made the aforementioned days, there will be an additional $30 holiday fee.
*Luggage Handling Policy: Chauffeurs are only authorized to carry any luggage to and from the vehicle and the exterior front door.
*Pet Policy: We reserve the right to refuse any animal that we feel inappropriate for travel, with the exception of ADA Certified Animals.
*Disclaimers
All deposits are NON refundable. Company is not liable in the event of mechanical breakdown while on charter and will only be responsible for making up lost time at a mutually agreed date. The client assumes full financial liability for any damage to the limousine caused during the duration of the rental by them or any members of their party. A fee of 500.00 for each carpet or seat burn. Sanitation fee is 500.00. Alcohol Consumption and drug use is prohibited by law. Smoking inside any vehicle is prohibited. Any fines will be paid for by the customer. The driver has the right to terminate the trip without refund (if there is blatant indiscretion on the part of the client(s)). It is Illegal to stand through the sunroof. Overtime fees will apply after the first 15 minutes of prearranged time described on the reservation. Not responsible for delays or the termination in winter caused by unsafe road conditions (ie. not salted, accidents, etc.) Not responsible for articles left in the limousine. Vehicles cannot be loaded beyond seating capacity.
*CHICAGO ARRIVALS: Please call (312) 890-8332 for pick up after retrieving luggage with your name or confirmation number. The operator then will tell you your vehicle’s description, license plate and which door to exit from.
